Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within 24 hours after sending you our payment details, the appointment will be automatically canceled. Payment Method: After you book, we will send you a UPI QR code as well as UPI VPA and number for payment on your given mobile number through WhatsApp. Please send us a screenshot of your payment on WhatsApp. If payment is not made within 24 hours of sending you these details, your appointment will stand cancelled. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full. If canceled with more than 48 hours’ notice, the session fee will remain as credit for future bookings, but will not be refundable. No-Show & Late Arrival: If you are late, please notify us. Joining the meeting more than 15 minutes late without notice is considered a no-show and charged in full. Notified late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the therapist’s discretion. Additional Charges: If your session exceeds the booked time, then an additional fee will be charged based on the additional length of your session. Refund Policy: All session purchases are final. Sessions are non-refundable, but credits may be issued for timely cancellations as mentioned above.
